Directions to PELA

Your event will take place inside the Portland English Language Academy (PELA). PELA is located inside the Lloyd Center on the 3rd (top) floor in the northwest corner of the building. PELA is located on the same floor as the Lloyd Center Food Court across from Carrington College.

The nearest entrance to PELA is on the 3rd (top) floor of the NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave parking garage.

You can reach our space the following ways:

By Car

enter the parking garage at the corner of NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave. Take the circular ramp all the way up to the 3rd (top) floor. Use the Lloyd Center entrance you will see from the top of the ramp. PELA is just inside this entrance. Parking is free.

By MAX, bus, streetcar, bicycle, or walking:

Option 1 – Enter Lloyd Center via the large glass double doors on the 1st floor just off of NE Multnomah Street. Tell the security guard posted at this entrance that you are attending a meeting at PELA. Take the circular stairs at this entrance to the 3rd (top) floor. Turn left at the top of the circular stairs and walk down to the far end of the hallway. PELA is on the right at the far end of the hallway.

Option 2 – Enter the parking garage at the corner of NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave. Take any set of the stairs or the elevator all the way up to the 3rd (top) floor. Use the Lloyd Center entrance you will see on the 3rd floor. PELA is just inside this entrance.

If arriving before 10:30AM, follow the above directions. Only the 2 entrances described above are open before 10:30AM.
